About this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the GeneMemo mobile application and any related services operated by ADAMUSMAG SP Z O O, referred to in this policy as “ADAMUSMAG”, “we”, “us”, or the “Service Provider”.

GeneMemo is designed as an offline research companion for scientists, students, and lab technicians. It allows users to record observations, manage project notes, organize categories, and structure laboratory entries directly on their device.

What information does GeneMemo collect?

GeneMemo does not collect, log, transmit, or store personal information on ADAMUSMAG servers when you download or use the application. Registration is not required, and users do not need to create an account.

• No account data is collected.
• No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or user profiles are collected by the app.
• No analytics, advertising identifiers, behavioral tracking, or profiling are used by the app.
• No lab notes, categories, observations, favorites, or search history are uploaded to ADAMUSMAG servers.

If you contact ADAMUSMAG directly by email, we will only use the information you voluntarily provide to respond to your request.

Local offline storage

GeneMemo stores app content locally on your own device. This may include notes, research titles, categories, labels, colors, favorites, recent entries, search history, and custom app settings.

This local data remains under your control. ADAMUSMAG does not receive, access, or back up this data because the application is designed to operate offline.

Location information

GeneMemo does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Third-party access and sharing

Because GeneMemo does not collect user data, ADAMUSMAG does not share app data with third parties. We do not sell personal data and do not use GeneMemo data for advertising or marketing profiling.

The Google Play Store may process certain technical and account-related information according to Google’s own terms and privacy policies when you download or update the app. ADAMUSMAG does not control Google Play’s independent processing.

Data Retention

ADAMUSMAG does not retain GeneMemo user data because the app does not collect or transmit personal data to ADAMUSMAG servers.

Any notes, categories, labels, filters, favorites, and settings created inside GeneMemo are stored locally on your device only. Their retention depends on your device, app settings, backups controlled by your operating system, and your own actions.

If you voluntarily contact ADAMUSMAG by email, we may retain that correspondence only for as long as necessary to respond to your request, handle support, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

Data Deletion

Because ADAMUSMAG does not collect or store GeneMemo user data, there is no app data stored by ADAMUSMAG that we can delete from our servers.

You can delete GeneMemo data directly from your device by deleting entries inside the app, clearing local app data through your device settings, or uninstalling the application. Uninstalling the application may remove locally stored app data from your device, depending on your operating system and backup settings.

If you have voluntarily contacted ADAMUSMAG and want us to delete support correspondence or other information you provided directly, contact us at support@adamusmag.ink. We will process deletion requests where required and permitted by applicable law.

Opt-out rights

Since GeneMemo does not collect personal information through normal use, no tracking opt-out is required. You may stop using the application at any time and uninstall it from your device.

Children

GeneMemo is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as may be required by applicable law. ADAMUSMAG does not knowingly solicit or collect data from children through the application.

Security

Because GeneMemo does not collect or transmit personal data to ADAMUSMAG, the risk of exposure through ADAMUSMAG systems is minimal. Users should still protect their devices with appropriate device-level security such as screen locks, system updates, and secure backups.

Changes to this policy

ADAMUSMAG may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Where required by law, ADAMUSMAG will provide additional notice or request consent before material changes take effect.
